This checklist is designed to help educators assess their progress in implementing and using the Right Decisions, Right Now: Be Tobacco Free program with students. Educators using the program materials with their students may complete the form as a self-assessment, or administrators observing the class may use the checklist to evaluate the teacher and student participation.
